Broome is the Sailfish capital of Australia and we’ve been privileged to have operated game fishing charters in Broome for over 15 years.
So come aboard "Billistic" our Custom 40 foot game fishing boat and catch a Sailfish, Marlin or one of the many Pelagic species.
Sailfishing is one of the most spectacular forms of fishing with spectacular jumps, back flips and tail-walks not uncommon. Don’t worry the Sailfish and Marlin are released unhurt to fight another day!
The game fishing Season starts in April and lasts till October/November, with the earlier months April/May.
We specialize in Game Fishing only which is fishing for Spanish Mackerel, Tuna, Marlin and Sailfish. The Sailfish turn up in numbers late June and finish in October. Sailfishing is all light tackle so you, your partner and kids can join in too. We pride ourselves in being the best at what we do, you won't be disappointed.
Game fishing for Sailfish, Marlin and most pelagic's onboard Billistic is done by switch baiting off teasers. We exclusively use circle hooks approved by the Billfish Foundation, this has increased hook ups and dramatically reduced injury to the Sailfish.
All fishing gear is supplied and also lunch, nibbles, soft drinks & water. All you need to bring is a hat, sunglasses (Polarised are essestial), camera and alcohol if required.
The boat is equiped with an onboard toilet.
A day charter starts at 7.30 pickup and arrives back around 4.30pm.
